2. Product Description

Eidosense NFC Business Cards are physical cards embedded with Near Field Communication (NFC) technology that allows users to share digital information when tapped against NFC-enabled smartphones. Our service includes:

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Eidosense. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayPal payment methods as indicated during checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods and Times

We offer standard shipping on all orders with estimated delivery times of 14-20 business days. Express shipping options are available at additional cost if requested.

4.2 International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for defective products or shipping errors. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

5.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14-20 business days.

5.3 Non-refundable Items

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Digital services and profile setups are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

Eidosense NFC Business Cards come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the NFC chip and card materials but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6.1 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require you to return the defective product for inspection.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use Eidosense products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our products:

In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
To transmit spam or unsolicited communications
To distribute malicious software or harmful content
To infringe upon intellectual property rights
To harass, abuse, or harm others

7.2 Account Security

If you create an account with Eidosense, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on or made available through Eidosense products and services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Eidosense or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

8.1 User Content

By uploading content to your Eidosense profile, you grant us a limited license to use, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eidosense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our products or services
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
